Description

The purpose of this RFSO is to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (“SOA”) with qualified planning and design specialists (the “Consultant”) for the provision of Development Planning and Design Services. The Consultant(s) that form the RFSO roster will assist IO in the facilitation and delivery of Landmark Projects (LP), Social Purpose Projects (SPP) and Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) as part of the Development Program. Part of this work includes developing site-specific development strategies, concepts, and options to maximize land value capture and housing (including affordable/attainable housing), achieving transit integration with development where there is transit infrastructure need, and support IO in overseeing development projects where IO has entered into commercial agreements with third-party developers.

Proof of Insurance: Each Respondent shall provide a Certificate of Insurance that shows or a letter from their insurer which confirms that they have the ability to obtain all of the required types of insurance in the amounts set out in the draft agreement. Certificates of Insurance and letters from insurers must reference the RFSO number on the document.
