Notice Description

  LABORATORY UPGRADES AT WWTP

Synopsis:
This project is located at the Quality Control Laboratory (The Lab) at the H. M. Weir Wastewater Treatment Plant on Whiteswan Drive and includes, but is not limited to the following work:

Replacement of existing flooring including all prep and disposal work,
Removal and disposal of the existing lab cabinets,
Supply and installation of new cabinets,
Replacement of existing lighting fixtures with LED lights,
Associated plumbing and electrical work,
Painting

COMPLETION DATE: May 15, 2018

A tender contained in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "Tender No. 17-0841" will be received up to 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Thursday, December 28, 2017, for the work described.

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the WWTP Lab, located at 470 Whiteswan Drive, Saskatoon, SK. Prospective bidders are to confirm attendance for site meeting to:

To ensure consideration, all tenders shall be accompanied by the following:

A bid deposit by Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the gross tender amount.

A Consent of Surety to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Bond each for fifty (50) percent of the gross tender amount.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
