Status of Women works collaboratively with government and community stakeholders to advance gender equality in Alberta, leading the Province’s work to integrate a gendered lens into policies and programs to improve the lives of women and girls, and thereby strengthen Alberta as a whole.
The Sexual Violence Prevention Campaign Focused on Sexual Consent (Campaign) is an issue driven, behavioral change campaign and will focus on engaging Albertans on the topic of sexual consent. In particular, the target audience for the Campaign is Albertans, ages 18 to 25.
It is anticipated that the term of the Contract will be February 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018 to complete the Creative Approach for the Campaign.
The Province reserves the right to add, remove or change and otherwise modify scope through the NRFP process.
The Province also reserves the right to expand the Campaign beyond the scope of the initial Contract subject to the agreement of the parties. Additional scope would be related to the Campaign such as, but not limited to, implementation of the Campaign, expansion of the Campaign in relation to time/length, additional phases, use of new/different media, etc.
The Contract fee for the Creative Approach of the Campaign shall be up to $270,000CDN. For the purpose of clarity, future media purchases will be funded separately, apart from the Contract fee.
This initiative is part of the Alberta Government’s broader commitment to the health and safety of Albertans.
All details relative to this opportunity are included in the NRFP documentation.
