TENDER CALL



Sealed tenders will be received by Boissonnault McGraw until 2:00:00 p.m. local
time, Thursday, December 21st, 2017, in the Bid Deposit Box located at 334 Dover
Street, Campbellton, NB, E3N 3M6 for the Project No. 6180.1 Water System Upgrade
Phase 1, MECHANICAL, St. Margarets, NB.

Public opening of tenders will follow immediately after tender closing at the
office of Boissonnault McGraw.

In general, the work consists of the demolition of and replacement of water
distribution pumps along with associated piping within the existing treatment plant.

Tendering procedures are based on the specifications of the Canadian Construction
Documents Committee CCDC4.

Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334
Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the
sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in
the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of
tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the
offices of Boissonnault McGraw and at the Construction Association Offices of
Moncton, Fredericton
and Saint-John.

Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from Boissonnault
McGraw shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project.

Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the
form of Surety (Bid) Bond or a certified cheque in the amount of ten per cent
(10%) (H.S.T. included) or in the form of an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit
in the total amount of the tendered price, including HST. Surety (Bid Bond),
Irrevocable Standby Letter and/or certified check shall be made payable to the
St-Margarets Water and Wastewater Commission.

General contractors are invited to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held
at 2:00:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday December 12th, 2017 at the Project Site located
at 19 Orbital Way, St-Margarets, NB. This meeting is mandatory for contractors
having their main place of business located more than 200km from the St-Margarets,
NB or if located from outside the Province of New Brunswick.


The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Execution of this
project is conditional on available funding.
