Install or Repair Chain Link Fences & Gates, CFB Gagetown,
Oromocto, N.B.

The Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Gagetown,
Oromocto, New Brunswick has a requirement for the establishment
of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). Work covered in
this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the furnishing of all
labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision,
expenses and profit required to install or repair chain link
fences and gates, as and when required, at CFB Gagetown,
Oromocto, N.B. during the period from April 1, 2009 to March 31,
2011. All work is to be performed in accordance with the
Specification Number L-G2-9301/201 forming part of the bid
document.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $250,001.00 and $500,000.00 (HST extra) Bid
security is not a requirement for this tender.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to
allow sufficient time to respond.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
tender documents through the MERX services provider. Addenda,
when issued, will be available from the MERX service provider.
Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained
from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
intention to bid. In all cases bidders must indicate in the
space provided on the Tender Form the identification number(s)
of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration
for their bid.

Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and
contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on the
MERX electronic bulletin board as part of the information
module.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.
