Notice Description

	Renovation Project Requirement The OEB is seeking a General Contractor to undertake and manage minor renovations to the 25th, 26th and 27th floors. The OEB will continue to do business in this space during the undertaking of the renovation. Service Requirements Definition Service responsibility will include all aspects of the construction process during the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases of the project. General Contractor and their staff will be part of the overall project team. Further and detailed information can be obtained in the Statement of Work attached herein as Appendix A. Details of the Project The project will be delivered in one phase. The project is scheduled to begin November 5, 2009 and is to be completed as soon as possible. The contractor is to assume that the building permit will be applied for by the Interior Designer and will be available to begin construction. Please advise in your proposal the expected completion date. The Design Consultant for the project is Designstream Limited The Mechanical and Electrical Engineers are McGregor Allsop Ltd. The Landlord of the Yonge Eglinton Centre, 2300 Yonge Street is RioCan Property Management Inc. Plans and Drawings For a list of plans and drawings, please go to Designstream Limited�s Specification Manual - attached to this RFP. Project Timelines The project will be delivered in one phase.
