Description:

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND)
to procure a portable Voice Response Translators (VRT). This
device provides soldiers the capability to communicate basis
commands and phrases allowing them to conduct tasks proficient
manner in the Contemporary Operating Environment and Future
Security Environment.

Scope of Work:

This requirement consists of the following elements:

(a)    Phase I - Quantity of five (5) Voice Response Translators
(VRT) to be delivered within     seven (7) weeks aftter contract
award;

(b)    Phase II - Quantity of two hundred fifty (250) Voice
Response Translators (VRT) to         be delivered within seven (7)
weeks aftter validation of phase I; and

(c)    Phase III - Option quantity of fifty-five (55) Voice
Response Translators (VRT) to         be delivered within four (4)
weeks from date of contract amendment.
