	ACCESSORY KIT, VEST SURVIVAL, Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (PWGSC) Paper Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Requirement This requirement is to provide the Department of National Defense with Accessory kit,vest survival,holder emergency breathing system. All units must be manufactured in accordance with the Design Data List DDL-8485-101223. Delivery to the DND in Montreal, Qc and Edmondton, Alberta Contract Quantity: 100 kits must be delivered complete by February 26th, 2009. This requirement also includes one option for a maximum quantity of 100 kits. The option 1 may be exercise within 12 month after contract award. Technical Data Technical Data shall be automatically issued, under separate cover, upon request for the bid documentation. Therefore, it is imperative that this request for bid documentation be done as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated Technical Data. Notwithstanding the above, the Crown shall not be held responsible for untimely release of technical data, since the Technical Data Package shall be available for viewing at the following Department of Publics Works and Government Services Regional Offices: HALIFAX, N.S. QUEBEC, QUEBEC MONTREAL, QUEBEC MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO REGINA, SASK. SASKATOON, SASK. VANCOUVER, B.C. VICTORIA, B.C. Enquiries: To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
