Notice Description

  RFP in connection with the Disposition of LCBO Head Office Lands & Provision of New LCBO Facilities

Infrastructure Ontario, on behalf of the LCBO, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the sale of LCBO Lands. The LCBO Lands consist of approximately 11.3 acres of prime real estate on Toronto’s central waterfront.

The asset being sold includes:

• The LCBO Head Office building and lands situated on the site municipally known as 55 Lake Shore Blvd. East;
• The LCBO warehouse and land municipally known as 43 Freeland Street and the adjoining land; and
• The LCBO retail store building adjacent to Queens Quay at 2 Cooper Street (including the land on the east side of Cooper Street between Loblaws, Queens Quay and Lake Shore Blvd. East).

The RFP documents set out the open, competitive procurement process, submission requirements, conditions and specifications for the selection of a purchaser for the purchase and development of the LCBO Lands.

Proponents interested in accessing the RFP documents are to submit a completed and executed Confidentiality Agreement to Vita Coppola at Infrastructure Ontario to the following address: Vita.Coppola@infrastructureontario.ca
