MERX is an Internet-based, national electronic tendering service. Users access MERX by using either Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer or Firefox. These programs are referred to as browsers. To navigate through MERX, you must understand how to navigate using your browser.

Navigating through MERX

You should always use the available MERX links and buttons to navigate through MERX. There are a few MERX pages that have no buttons or links, in which case the browser Back and Forward buttons should be used.

To navigate through MERX, click on the available links that will take you to other MERX pages. MERX primary pages or functions are located on the left side of the page.
