Complete Supplier Guide (PDF Format)

To access help, click on the Help button located at the top right of each MERX page. The help information related to the MERX page will be displayed on the screen. Use the scroll bar to move the help page up or down as required.

At the top of each help page, there are three links:

• Help Table of Contents
  
• Help Page Index
  
• Supplier Guide or Buyer Guide

Help Table of Contents

The Table of Contents lists all of the MERX pages by topic title in an organized sequence. Each title is a link to the corresponding help page. Click the topic title to open the help page you require.

Help Index

The MERX Help Index lists all of the MERX help topics alphabetically. At the top of the Help Index page is a row of buttons lettered from A to Z. Click the button that represents the first letter of the topic you wish to lookup. The list will be shifted to the first topic name that begins with the letter you clicked. You can also use the vertical scroll bar to move the index up or down until you see the topic you wish to view.

When you see the topic you wish to view, click the topic title. Each topic title is a link to its respective help page.

Supplier or Buyer Guide

Depending on whether you are a Supplier or a Buyer, a Supplier Guide or a Buyer Guide link will be displayed. Click the Supplier or Buyer Guide link to access the Guide. The Guide will help you through the basic functions of MERX.

Close Button

To exit the Help page, click the Close button. You will be returned the last active window.
