Complete Supplier Guide (PDF Format)
Before
you can send an internet e-mail message to MERX, your internet browser
must first be configured to send e-mail. If your browser is not configured,
contact your technical support department.
To send an e-mail message to MERX, follow these steps.
| 1. | At the bottom
left of most MERX pages you will find the Contact MERX link.

| 2. | Click the Contact
MERX link. The internet mail program will be activated and the MERX
e-mail address will be automatically placed into the To field.

| 3. | Enter your message
and then click the Send button to send the message to a MERX
Administrator.

| After you have
sent the e-mail message, you will be returned to the MERX page you
were on.
