Complete Supplier Guide (PDF Format)

This page allows the supplier to access various links to Provincial and Federal Government documents or web sites that contain purchasing policy documents, purchasing terms and conditions, standard contract clauses, etc.

Please note that some links may connect you to an Internet web site outside of MERX. Your MERX session may time out, depending on the length of time you spend on the other site. Should this occur, please log in to MERX again.

Menu Links

The menu links are located on the left side of the page. To access a function, click the function name link. If a menu item is grayed, this means that the page is currently displayed or the MERX page is not available for selection.
