Complete Supplier Guide (PDF Format)
This page displays a description of the GSIN you clicked on in the GSIN(s) - Search Results page. You can select the GSIN by clicking the check box located to the left of the GSIN number.
Previous Screen
To return to the previous screen without selecting any GSIN(s), click the Previous Screen button.
Add Button
Click the Add button to return to the previous page. If the GSIN check box is marked, the GSIN's will be added to the Assigned GSIN(s) list on the GSIN(s)/Category List page.
Menu Links
On the left side of the page are the Menu links. If a menu item is grayed, this means that the page is currently displayed or that the MERX page is not available for selection.
| Back To: | The "Back To" section displays links that will take you back to previous MERX pages. |
| Notice Creation: | Links to the various Notice Creation steps are listed under this section. If you are creating a notice for the first time, these links will be gray, but will become active once the various steps have been completed. |
| 1 Create Basic Information | This link will take you to the first step in Notice Creation (the Basic Information page). |
| 2 Notice Description | This link will take you to the Notice Description page where you enter the French and/or English notice titles and descriptions. |
| 3 GSIN(s) / Category List | This link will take you to the GSIN(s)/Category List page. Here, you can search for and assign appropriate GSIN codes and a Category. |

Add GSIN |
This link will take you to the GSIN search page where you can find and select GSINs. |

Select Category |
This link will take you to the Category page where you can select one category from three (3) commodity groups or from a list of previously chosen categories. The commodity groups are Goods, Services and Construction. |

Delete GSIN(s)/Category |
This link will take you to a page where you can remove selected GSINs or Category. |
| 4 Associated Components | This link will take you to the Associated Components page where you indicate that you have associated documents or attachments. In addition, you also indicate how the documents/attachments are to be delivered to MERX or another Distribution Centre. |
| Preview Notice: | Links to the English and French Notice pages are listed under this section. These links will only be accessible if the notice(s) exist. |

English Notice |
This link will take you to the English Notice abstract page. |

French Notice |
This link will take you to the French Notice abstract page. |
| Reports: | The report links under this section allow you to access specific information related to the selected opportunity notice. If report information is not available, these links will appear gray. |

Document Request List |
This link will take you to a report that will list all of the MERX subscribers who have ordered associated documents for the notice. |
|
Bidders List |
This link will take you to a report that will list all of the Bidders you have selected to go on to this list. |
|
Detail Tracking Report |
This link will take you to a report that will display all the detailed information about the life cycle of the notice. It details amendment information, abstract information, document requests, documents ordered, etc. |
