Complete Supplier Guide (PDF Format)

This page displays a list of the last 12 statements that have been generated for your MERX account. If there are no statements available a message indicating that “There are no statements for this user or organization.” will be displayed.

Should your MERX account have a balance of zero ($0) at the end of the month, statements will not be mailed to you. If you wish to receive a printed statement in the mail, send an email request to merx@merx.com. Be sure to include your MERX User ID, Organization Name, and telephone number in the email message.

On the MERX statements, the Organization Number, Organization Name, and Organization Location are displayed at the top of the page. The Organization Location specifically refers to the city where the organization is located.

If there are statements available for display, they will be listed by Start Date in chronological order. To view a statement, click on the Statement Number. A new browser window will be launched displaying the selected MERX statement. You can print this statement by clicking the Print button in your browser’s tool bar or you can save the statement using the browser’s File Save As function. When you are finished viewing the statement – close the Browser Window.

Note: If you do not return to the Statement List page within 10 minutes of launching the Statement page, your MERX session will terminate. If this occurs, the MERX Language selection page will be launched when you click a link on the Statement List page. If you wish to continue to use MERX, just login again.
