What is Aerobidz?

Aerobidz provides a fast, simple, and central location for suppliers to view local, national and international tender opportunities and order the associated documentation, making it more cost effective for suppliers to do business with ACI member airports.

Tools for Suppliers

Aerobidz provides suppliers with tools to search for opportunities and order the supporting documents:

Searching: The option to browse the list of opportunities posted on Aerobidz or perform a specific search.

Opportunity Matching: An automated email ‘alert’ service used to notify suppliers of new opportunities that match criteria they have saved in their Opportunity Matching profile.

Ordering: The ability and flexibility to order tender documents for electronic download delivery at anytime and from anywhere.

Virtual Plans Room: The ability to view and order plans electronically, including full and partial sets.

Amendments: Notifications are sent to suppliers when an amendment is issued for an opportunity they have ordered. Alternatively, suppliers can choose to automatically receive the amendment.

E-bid Submission: A quick, efficient, and cost-effective means to submit a bid to the ACI member airport.
