Description

The project consists of repaving various streets throughout the Town. The list of streets includes:

Saddle Hill – 300m
Southside Lower Road – 240m
Chapel Street – 115m
Baker’s Lane – 30m
Captain Seth Osmond’s Lane – 70m

There is $500,000 in project funding available the Town of Carbonear’s 2022 Paving Program. This funding is to cover all aspects of the project, including but not limited to engineering, construction and contingencies. The work to be carried out includes, mainly, removing asphalt (as applicable) and paving the listed streets. When appropriate, and if funding allows, minor upgrades to storm infrastructure might be also incorporated into the scope of the project.
