Deadline for questions is October 10, 2023. All Questions must be submitted to the NRFP Administrator Sandra Oberdorfer at housingprograms@gov.mb.ca. Bid submission deadline is October 17, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. (CDT). This submission shall be in physical form only. No other forms of submission is accepted for this NRFP. Proponents must submit four (4) hard copies of their Proposal and one copy in Adobe PDF format on a USB stick, addressed as follows and delivered to:
