SS-OF-0012-MB - Labels, Thermal

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for thermal labels and associated products as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D). The scope of this RFQ includes thermal labels to be used with Zebra printers. At this time, only a small number of thermal labels are included; however, as more labels are required over time, the Purchasers reserve the right to add them to the Agreement.
