Multiple Resources in the following Categories:
(a) Senior Engineer
(b) Junior Engineer or Technician
UNSPSC: 81000000 Engineering and Research and Technology Based services and 81100000 Professional engineering services – Aerospace related, military
Number of Contracts:
This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for three (3) years, plus two (2) irrevocable option year allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.

Senior Engineer: 800 hours per year

Description of the Requirement:

The Directorate of Technical Airworthiness and Engineering Support (DTAES) of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for professional services on an as-and-when-requested basis. These Flight Sciences Technical Investigation & Engineering Services (FS TIES) services include but are not limited to examining aircraft performance, specifications, and capabilities to assess possible improvements or proposed changes to aircraft of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) or other aircraft operated by DND. Contractors must also maintain a secure electronic (computer-based) Management Information System (MIS) to record and store all items (reports, drawings, deliverables, data, etc.) produced by the contractor, procured on behalf of Canada, or provided by Canada.

Directorate of Technical Airworthiness and Engineering Support (DTAES) requires the services of multiple Engineering and Policy resources.
