2.1 Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the Phase 5 Cell
Construction, PRWMC Landfill, Peace River, Alberta, Peace Regional Waste
Management Company (hereinafter referred to as Site) for a lump sum and unit price
Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. A summary of the work is
provided in Section 01 10 00 of the Contract specifications contained herein. Work must
occur in accordance with applicable Laws and Regulations.
2.2 Contractor is to have all work under this Contract completed including restoration,
cleanup, demobilization and submittal and approval of all submittals required from
Contractor, on or before September 31, 2024.
