Description

Proposals are requested from experienced Construction Managers to complete a facility
renovation for the development of the Southern Alberta Collegiate Institute (SACI) with the
existing Lethbridge College Barn facility on the main college campus in Lethbridge, Alberta.

The intent of this proposal call is to select a Construction Manager who will provide
input into the project, through design, working drawings, and specification stages, as
well as being responsible for tendering the construction of the projects. LC will also
enter into a CCDC2 agreement for construction-phase services as outlined in this
document.
