The City of Lethbridge is committed to supporting our workforce throughout the employee life cycle. We are looking for a comprehensive Talent Management System that is a user-friendly platform – both for employees and administrators - that improves the employee experience.

As we are looking for a long-term contract, we open this to include future developed modules that support or enhance recruitment, workforce management, training, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation, or other HR-specific tasks.
