Description

Municipal District of Pincher Creek is seeking tenders for One (1) New 2024 4WD Crew Cab 1/2 Ton Gasoline Pick-up.

All warranty work must be provided within 60 kilometers of The Town of Pincher Creek. Any tenders unable to accommodate this request will be rejected.

All tenders must show the delivery date of the vehicle rigged and ready to work with all options assuming the order is placed by May 14, 2024

Acceptance of tender will be contingent on availability of the product, and suitability of the product to meet the municipality’s requirements as per the specification sheet. These factors will be weighted at 40% with the tendered price at 60%. Failure to complete the checklist submissions may invalidate tender.

Tenders are to be submitted in hard copy format only no later than 4:00pm on May 10, 2024. No emailed or faxed tenders accepted. The MD reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, and the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
