Description

BC Ferries is seeking responses from qualified Owner-Operators to provide water taxi services for crew transportation and occasional passenger transportation along various routes on the BC coast. The services will be provided on an as-needed, as-requested basis. Providers must comply with all relevant regulations and laws, including the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, and the Workers’ Compensation Act. BC Ferries intends to establish a Water Taxi Charter Master Services Agreement and a roster list of qualified providers, with specific agreements to be made as opportunities arise.
