Notice Description

  Tsawwassen Container Examination Facility Operator

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is leading the investment and construction of the new Tsawwassen Container Examination Facility (TCEF) to provide the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) with a designated facility to conduct thorough examinations of containerized goods.
This Request for Proposal seeks to identify a qualified Operator to support CBSA service delivery at the TCEF. The selected Proponent would operate and maintain the TCEF, transport containers to and from marine terminals for examination by the CBSA, and provide designated equipment and staff cleared with CBSA to assist with their examination process.
