Requirement:
The Contractor is required to provide Canada for Correctional Services Canada with Ankle Boots, Suede, Inmate, Black in accordance with Purchase Description CAG-2-1503-706F detailed in Annex B.


Delivery:
All firm deliverables are requested complete on or before 22-March-2018.


Firm Quantity:
1,236 pairs for delivery to Laval, Quebec.


As and When Quantities:
2,000 pairs for delivery to Laval, Quebec. A size roll will be provided at time of call-up.
The period for placing as and when requested orders will be 12 months from contract award date.


Option Quantities:
Option 1 up to a maximum of 2,000 pairs may be exercised within 24 months after contract award date.
Option 2 up to a maximum of 1,600 pairs may be exercised within 36 months after contract award date.


Pre-Award Sample
Bidders must provide one (1) pre-award sample of Item 001 (one pair of Ankle Boots, size 13EE and colourfastness test results) will be required after the bid closing date upon a written request from Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).


Sealed Samples
The Sealed Patterns are available for viewing at the following Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) regional offices:
Quebec, QC, Montreal, QC, Mississauga, ON,
Edmonton, AB, Winnipeg, MB; Vancouver B.C., and
Gatineau Quebec.


Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
