Notice Description

  Building Use Feasibility Study

The District of Stewart is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to conduct a feasibility study on the “Old Pool Building” in Stewart, BC The Study is intended to explore options for repurposing of the building and determining the best use and feasibility based on estimated costs and benefits.

Interested parties are required to submit a proposal including:

- Summary of the research, analysis and recommendations for best use of the building
- Assessment of the potential for new economic activity, job creation and revenue generation
- Detailed budgets for costs associated with the recommended options

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued on BC Bid. MERX asks that you refer to the BC Bid notice for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
