Notice Description

  PASTURE LEASE FOR TENDER

Tenders will be received by the Planning and Development Services Branch, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan up to 2:00 p.m. C.S.T. on Wednesday, January 17th, 2018 for the following property and opening held at that time for applicants only:

Civic Address: 2755 Britannia Road
Legal Description: Blk/Par W, Plan 70MJ11591 Ext 0
Parcel Size: 5.169 ha (12.77 acres)
Description: Vacant Industrial/Flood Fringe Land
Zoning: M4/f1 Environmental Low Service Industrial/Flood Fringe
Reserve Bid: $40/acre


Lease of the said land shall be for a term of one year, with an automatic renewal clause. Either party may terminate the Lease upon 30 days written notice. The Lease is to be used solely for the purpose of a Pasture Lease for horses only. Development of horse shelters may be permitted upon City Building Permit approval. Reserve bid of $40/acre plus GST.


All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
