TITLE: Vessel and Licence Valuation Study 2017

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The objective of this project is to gather data to be used for informing licence retirement and reallocation programs, gauging and tracking the economic health of the fishing industry, developing policies around licence redistribution and First Nation participation, estimating the impacts of policy decisions on the Pacific Fishery and potential treaty impacts on the commercial fishery.

Please see the attached RFP for additional information.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

The contract period is from date of contract to March 31, 2018 with option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year period.

ENQUIRIES BID SOLICITATION

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than Seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price will be recommended for award of a contract provided that the total evaluated price does not exceed the budget available for this requirement.
