Notice Description

Leadership & Regulatory Scenario and Experimental Based Learning

Scenario based experimental learning opportunities will provide AER employees a learning environment in which they can further develop their leadership skills and hone their regulatory business acumen.
Working with a recognized vendor - with a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing scenario based business simulations and experiential learning - the AER would like to develop a comprehensive scenario based experimental learning program.
The scenario based experimental learning would enable AER staff develop their regulatory business acumen, providing them with realistic scenarios in which they would have to apply their knowledge of the regulatory framework and apply different strategies that will lead to desired outcomes. The scenario based experimental learning will also enhance leadership development by providing challenging scenarios that will require participants to apply a broad enterprise perspective, honing their strategic thinking, and increasing their engagement skills to solve complex business problems.
