Notice Description

Development and Delivery of Asset Management Programming for Municipal Staff

The AUMA, AAMDC and IAMA are jointly seeking an external firm to develop programming (in the form of workshops and accompanying materials) for delivery to municipal staff in Alberta’s small and rural municipalities. The objective is to provide municipalities with limited internal asset management capacity and expertise with information and skills to either take the first steps in integrating asset management into their decision-making processes, or to improve on limited initial asset management progress. As the programming is geared towards municipal staff, it is expected to equip staff to better articulate their infrastructure investment needs, and to collect, store and manage and analyze reliable asset performance data that informs effective decisions and actions.
