Notice Description

Charles River Trading System (CRTS) Intermediate Developer(s) – up to two (2)

AIMCo is undertaking an upgrade of the Charles River Trade Order Management System (CRTS) (the “Upgrade”). As part of this Upgrade, AIMCo will move from the existing version of 9.1.4.3 to the latest version of CRTS and will also implement net new features such as commission changes, market data and additional coverage for Fixed Income securities.

Charles River has completed an assessment of AIMCo’s current version of CRTS and has put together a statement of work that AIMCo and Charles River will execute upon jointly for the Upgrade. The Upgrade will consist of a combination of like for like features, along with smaller features that will be implemented, such as EMS (Execution Management System), Bloomberg Market Data, enhanced commissions and additional Fixed Income functionality.

The purpose of the project is to provide development, configuration and support to the existing BT Operations team throughout the life of the Upgrade (the “Project”). As part of the Project, other activities shall be included, such as testing day to day trading functions and connectivity via FIX; and ensuring all third party electronic connectivity is enabled for all broker, EMS and Post Trade processes.

AIMCo is looking for specialized resources to assist with the Upgrade and other implementation activities associated with the Project described above. The Resource(s), supplied by the Successful Vendor(s), will be expected to collaborate with resources from other external service providers, consultants and AIMCo personnel, which will include front and back office business teams and BT members, including, developers, business analysts, quality assurance testers and subject matter experts.

This Project will require development, configuration and testing activities within CRTS. AIMCo needs to add expertise to the CRTS team in BT Operations to deliver with a time to market that will satisfy our business stakeholders, and to continue to support the day-to-day operational requirements (incidents, service requests, changes, problems) of business stakeholders.
