D2.          SCOPE OF WORK

D2.1        The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of rehabilitation of various sewer 
segments throughout the City of Winnipeg with external point repairs, trenchless point repairs, 
sewer stabilization, manhole repairs/replacements, sewer abandonments and full segment renewals.  
Sewer repairs and replacements range from 300mm to 900mm in diameter.

D2.2        The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a)   External point repairs of 300mm to 900mm diameter sewers at approximately sixteen (16) 
locations;
(b)   One (1) trenchless point repair of 750mm diameter sewer;
(c)    Sewer stabilizations;
(d)   Manhole installation, repairs and replacements
(e)   Full segment renewal on Collegiate Street;
(f)    Full segment renewal on Marjorie Street;
(g)   Full segment renewal on Plessis Road;
(h)   Full segment renewal on River Oaks Drive;
(i)     Coordination of existing utility relocation where required;
(j)    Sewer service renewals and reconnections;
(k)    Abandoning existing sewers and manholes;
(l)     Sewer and sewer service video inspections;
(m)  Temporary sewer by-pass pumping;
(n)   Works within proximity to feeder mains; and
(o)   Temporary and permanent restoration of boulevard and pavement areas.

D2.3        The following shall apply to the Work:
