Qualify vendors and increase qualified bidders

MERX4 incorporates configurable processes for all regulatory and business compliance requirements. Extensive reporting features allow you to explore registered vendor attributes such as industry certifications, location and internal business compliance options. MERX4 automates the notification and collection of vendor certifications you request such as WSIB & Worker’s Compensation forms, insurance, terms & conditions, contracts, financial or other key documents. MERX4 manages the document repository, alerts vendors when documents require their attention and allows them to self-manage their profile, so you don’t have to.

Online pre-qualification forms can be set up for specific bid opportunities or for your buying organization as a whole. Moving the buying organization’s pre-qualification form online is a seamless process and reduces your spending on bond and compliance fees. Qualifications and certifications status or other internal criteria are configurable to your organization and stored in your online vendor database, which can then be used for reporting and bid distribution to specific groups of vendors using “By Invitation” bidding.
