The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to solicit qualified offers to form a roster that will support the College’s 2018 Strategic Planning initiative, including the planning, facilitation and reporting on internal and stakeholder consultations.

If interested, please acknowledge and send your intent to bid to procurement@collegeoftrades.ca by no later than 5:00PM (EST) on February 2, 2018.
　
All questions and inquiries regarding this RFP should be submitted to procurement@collegeoftrades.ca by no later than 5:00PM (EST) on February 9, 2018.
　
Please note that submissions must be received by the College in 5 (five) hard copies and 1(one) electronic version (PDF on a USB stick) before 5:00PM (EST) on February 16, 2018. Email submissions will NOT be accepted.

The proposal shall be submitted in 5 (five) hard copies and 1 (one) electronic version (PDF version on a USB drive/CD). No email submissions will be accepted. The proposal shall be sealed in one outer and two inner envelopes as detailed below:

a) The outer envelope shall:
- be addressed to Ontario College of Trades at 655 Bay Street, Suite 600, Toronto, Ontario, M5G2K4
- be marked with:
   “RFP No. OCOT/CM/2018-01/ “Strategic Planning Facilitation Services”

b)  The two inner envelopes shall indicate the name and address of the proposer company.
- The first inner envelope shall include technical component and be marked with
          “1-Technical Proposal, “RFP No. OCOT/CM/2018-01/ “Strategic Planning Facilitation Services”

- The second inner envelope shall include the price component and be marked with
          “2-Financial Proposal, “RFP No. OCOT/CM/2018-01/ “Strategic Planning Facilitation Services”
