Description

The purpose of this request for qualifications ("RFQ") is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, the design and construction of a new facility providing 362 beds of student accommodation and related facilities (the "Facility") at the main North Vancouver campus of Capilano University ("CapU"). Based on these Responses, in accordance with this RFQ, CapU intends to select a short-list of up to three Respondents to participate in a request for proposals ("RFP") for a design-build contract for the design and construction of the Facility.
