Description

By this open Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP), the RCM is inviting technically experienced and financially stable and capable vendors to submit their interest in responding to a subsequent Negotiable Request for Proposal (NRFP) for Creative Agency Services.

The RCM requires the services of a Creative Agency to work with the RCM’s internal marketing team to plan, develop and produce modern advertising material for various digital, print, and traditional broadcast media platforms (e.g. television, radio).
