Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contactor to perform a shingle roofing replacement to a one story apartment building.

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of shingle roofing, horizontal soffit, fascia, and raingear.
Work site location will be occupied during construction.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. Central DaylightTime (CDT).
Deadline for questions is June 16, 2020. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at todd.pawluk@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.
Bid submission deadline is June 25, 2020 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender.
