Introduction:
PMG Technologies is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Transport Canada Motor Vehicle Test Center (MVTC) located in Blainville, Québec. PMG Technologies is planning the following purchase for Transport Canada.

Required equipment:
As part of a test program on automated and connected vehicles, Transport Canada is looking to acquire an Omniair-certified On-Board Unit with the following mandatory specifications:

Omniair Certified (for DSRC)
Dual radio capabilities (DSRC & C-V2X)
Antenna kit for both 802.11p and C-V2X
Software stack that supports SAE J2735
Software stack includes functional V2X Safety Applications, such as FCW (Forward Collision Warning) and Emergency Electronic Brake Light (EEBL)
All necessary hardware to enable the V2X Safety Applications on non-connected vehicles (for example a second OBU)
GNSS positioning
10h of virtual support/training for initial setup

All the above specifications are mandatory.

The equipment must be delivered by August 14th, 2020, assuming a Purchase Order is sent on July 15th, 2020.
