Requirement
The City of Ottawa has a requirement to establish two (2) eligibility lists for the Rental of Dump Trucks and Tractor-Trailers, including operator, which may be required by the City of Ottawa for hauling and dumping snow, aggregate, construction materials and other haulage on an “as and when requested basis” within the City of Ottawa. The two (2) eligibility lists established as part of this process shall be:
- Primary Eligibility list for Dump Trucks and Tractor-Trailers; and
- Secondary Eligibility list for Dump Trucks and Tractor-Trailers.
Note to Offerers: This RFSO “Refresh” is being distributed for the sole purpose of adding suppliers to the RFSO eligibility list(s). This is not a new request for standing offer. No changes to any specification, term or condition of this RFSO will be considered. All new Offerers must accept the terms and conditions of this RFSO “as-is”.

Offers must be submitted NOT LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME ON THURSDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2020. Offerers must submit their offers electronically through the MERX online system to the Administrative Authority identified herein. Offer submitted via other methods (physical submission, email, facsimile, etc.) will not be accepted.

Inquiries and Addendums
Prospective Offerers may submit inquiries for clarification purposes only. All inquiries concerning this Request for Standing Offer should be directed in writing to the Administrative Authority no later than Wednesday, 26 August 2020. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The City’s clarifications will be issued via written Addenda, distributed by the Administrative Authority, however no changes to any Specification, Term or Condition of this RFSO will be considered. Offerers must accept RFSO terms and conditions “as-is”.
