This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University” or “uOttawa”) to prospective systems integrators, implementation service providers,  and/or resellers who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to submit proposals for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and integration services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix B).
The University of Ottawa intends to acquire a new cloud based SAAS (software as a service) bilingual (French and English) ERP system in 2021.

Pre-qualified ERP Software
The University has issued a Request for Supplier Qualification (2020003-RFSQ (Merx reference Number 0000170268)) and further to it, the University has pre-qualified and selected the following ERP software solutions (“Pre-qualified ERP Software”):
Oracle Canada ULC (Oracle 20)
Workday Limited (Workday 2020)
To discuss the proposal submitted by one of the Pre-qualified ERP Software providers, please contact them directly. The University will not provide directly information related to their proposal. The Pre-qualified ERP Software providers contacts are as follows:

Respondent
With this RFP, the University seeks to procure one of the Pre-qualified ERP Software and software implementation and integration services to integrate one of the two Pre-qualified ERP Software as an integral part of the University’s business transformation program. Each proposal for this RFP will consist of either,

a systems integrator who can provide integration and implementation services of one of the Pre-qualified ERP Software, as a reseller;

a systems integrator and one of the Pre-qualified ERP Software suppliers, submitting a proposal jointly, working as a team, to provide the implementation services of one of the Pre-qualified ERP Software.
