Description

Silo Co-operative Homes Inc. invites proponents to submit a tender for the provision of Property Management Services for its complex. Silo Co-operative Homes Inc. is a community co-operative housing development funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. As part of the management contract, the Board of Directors requires twelve (12) hours per week of on-site property management services to be provided at 139 Pearl Street, Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2021. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis, based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.

Tenders will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on Monday, October 26, 2020. Tenders may be mailed to Silo Co-operative Homes Inc., C/O City of Greater Sudbury Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON, P3E 5P9, delivered to the City of Greater Sudbury Housing Services drop box located in the lobby of 199 Larch Street, faxed at 705-674-0825 or emailed at denise.stonge@greatersudbury.ca.

Proponents may obtain the tender documents by mail, fax or email between September 24, 2020 and October 23, 2020 by calling 705-674-4455 ext. 4644, Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. local time.

IMPORTANT:
- The lowest or any tender bid may not necessarily be accepted
- The Management Company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented, with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company’s tender will be disqualified.
