Description

This is a public notice indicating to the Vendor community that the City of Airdrie (the City) intends to award to a pre-identified Vendor believed to be the only one capable of providing the solution detailed below.

Vendors who feel they meet all requirements detailed in the deliverables may submit a statement of capabilities outlining specifically how they meet each requirement. The decision to reject a statement of capabilities, for this notice, will be at the sole discretion of the City whether the Vendor(s) meet or exceeds the deliverables detailed below.

If no Vendors are deemed by the City to meet the deliverables as set out in this ACAN, the City intends to proceed with awarding the contract to Arts Management Systems for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further two (2) years in one (1) year increments. The contracted cost will not be revealed as part of this notice as it could prejudice contract negotiations and/or future competitions.
