1.) Bidders must submit one (1) original hard copy and one (1) electronic copy (in Microsoft Word and/or Excel) of their completed Proposal.

2.) Bidders must complete and return by e-mail to vanessa.watson@micsgroup.com ,Schedule #4 entitled "Notice of Intention" within 3 business days after receiving this RFP.

3.) All questions/ request for clarification must be received no later than October 30,2020
