Description

TVO is looking for a quote to renew support for its Telestream and Quantum products. Software support for Quantum StorNext, the Vantage modules and extended hardware support for the Lightspeed and Live Stream servers. Respondents must be a Telestream Partner and be authorized to resell support agreements. Respondents must be authorized to resell Quantum support agreements. TVO must have the ability to open a technical support Service Request with Telestream and Quantum.
