The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Finance, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Public sector pension consulting services.

Manitoba is seeking a Consultant with the following qualifications:

a strong knowledge and understanding of public sector pension plan governance structures
experience with public sector pension plan reform including centralization of investment management of pension assets
a strong knowledge and expertise in pension law, legal drafting and fiduciary duties
a strong knowledge and understanding of pooled funds structure

Manitoba may invite the top-ranked Proponent, as determined through the evaluation process, to enter into negotiations to finalize the Agreement
