Requirement:
The City of Ottawa’s Technical, Innovation and Engineering Support Services Department is seeking offers from firms and independent qualified vendors to supply, deliver and store ice breaking explosives in accordance with the specifications included herein.

Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this Request for Tender (RFT) are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Wednesday, 06 January 2021. All inquiries received and the answers as provided by the Project Authority will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum without naming the source of the inquiry.
