Description

This Request for proposals (RFP) aims to invite experienced and qualified Janitorial Services providers to submit offers for the supply of labour, necessary supplies and equipment to perform the contracted cleaning services required for the buildings at the Sudbury and Timmins locations as specified in this request.

The term of the contract is two (2) years starting May 3, 2021 with three (3) optional periods of one (1) year at the discretion of the college.

Proposals must be received no later than Closing Time 2pm on February 16, 2021 in the following manner:

To be eligible for consideration, the Proponent’s response must be uploaded by the closing date and time stated in this document (the “Closing Time”). All responses must be submitted using the Merx Electronic Bid Proposal (“EBS”). Proponents are urged to contact Merx customer support (www.merx.ca), 1-800-964-6379 in advance of submitting a response to ensure they are registered with Merx and are familiar with the EBS requirements and procedures.

Proposals submitted later than the official closing time will be rejected by the MERX EBS and will not be accepted by the college.

Please note that all expenses involved with the preparation and submission of these responses shall be borne by the submitters.
