Description

YSSN is currently seeking the services of a vendor who can provide a customized database solution to improve their information management, data reporting and system planning capabilities. In doing so, YSSN is looking to develop a database that will:

Support both individualized and community-level “person-centred planning”;
Documentation of changing client needs and client contacts;
Tracking of consent and file access (audit function);
Statistical tracking and Ministry reporting;
Client lists for mailing and email communication purposes.

The database must have the ability to upload a PDF or Excel report into specific fields in each person’s file. The system will also need to be able to produce a number of reports that can be defined by field, community, and time parameters. For several fields, ad hoc searching of specific terms (e.g., “employment”, “volunteering”, etc.) will also need to be available.
